Reservations

Can be accepted until 24 hours before departure. We like to remind you to make your reservations well in advance to avoid not being able to stay in the hotels of your choice and having to chance your travelplan.

Bookings / Confirmations

Bookings can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Upon your request an offer can be made regarding your wishes. Our offer is without any obligation and free of charge.The following information is required for making a reservation:

names of passengers (as mentioned in passport)
children date of birth
home address
telephonenumber
flightinformation
travelscheme/hotels/carrental/tour

Names should be sent correctly at the time of booking. Namechanges afterwards will be charged. After receipt of our request you will receive an answer within 48 hours – informing you about the status of your request. Confirmations will be send to you be e-mail. The invoice will be send by regular mail and/or email after confirmation. Please refer to invoicenumber upon payment.

Prices

Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. Prices quotations may change due to exchange rates or a change in reservations. Ticketprice is always without airport and fuel tax, reservation costs. Depending on your request, prices for an offer may not include cost for visa, airport tax, transfers, guide services.Not included in any price are departure tax, personal expenses, tips, telephone calls, minibars, laundrycosts, food and drinks (non alcoholic/alcoholic), excursions unless included in the programm, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the "Inclusions"

Payment

All bookings are prepaid. Payment by credit card and bank transfer are accepted
(all bank charges should be paid by the client). More ...

Traveldocuments

Tickets (ordered at our office directly) will be send between 14 and 10 days prior to departure date by registered mail to your homeaddress or can be picked up personally at the office. For last minute booking, tickets will be ready at the service desk at the airport. There will be an extra charge for this pick-up service.If you have made reservations for other services you will receive the documents (vouchers/visa/travelinformation) after receipt of full payment of the invoice.
Policy of the tickets booked online at the ATM engine have its own policy, this will be send to you by email from ATM themself.

Cancellation Policy:

Every cancellation (except tickets) made between the day of your payment to 8 days before arrival, will be refunded, except 20% plus the reservation fee and possible downpayment.
Every cancellation (except tickets) made between 7 to 4 days before arrival, will be refunded, except 30% plus the reservation fee.
No cancelation possible 3 days before your arrival in Cuba.
Cancellation of group reservation: subject to the negotiated terms and conditions.
Tickets booked directly through Casa-Cuba can't be canceled.

Refunds / Claims

Claims due to failing of requested services should be passed on immediately to our local representative. Refunds will only be paid if the claim is well founded and confirmed by our representative. In case you have made expenses due to failure of services you need to send the original receipts/bills to our office with a covering letter. Claims for missed transfers/meals etc during tours will not be refunded.

Cancellation and/or change of Tours

We reserve the right to cancel any tour before departure for any reason at all with or without prior notice, if we consider this in the best interest of the client. Client has the right to make the tour at another time – unless the pricevalue remains the same, or the amount paid by client will be refunded in total, without further obligation or liability of Casa-Cuba. We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our passengers we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However all services will remain the same. The company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure or upon arrival at the airport. Casa-Cuba can not accept any liability or responsibility for any changes as mentioned above.
