How
to Book?
STEP
1
First, you need to find the hotel you want to book. For your convenience,
we have sorted hotels by destination, type and location. Hotels
are listed in descending price order, and can be filtered by meal
plan or destination/area.

On your selected hotel page, click on the "Book Now" or
"Check Rates" buttons.

On the 'pop-up' reservation screen, select your language and click
on "Availability / Reservation".

4 - AVAILABILITY/PRICE
Please choose:
- Room type
- Check-in date
- Number of nights
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Check availability for the selected dates by clicking on 'Availability
Check'
Please
fill-in client's Personal Information: Last Name, First Name, e-mail,
telephone, address, etc.
Click
on 'Continue'
STEP
5 - RESERVATION SUMMARY
Here you can check selected details. Accept our Terms & Conditions
and click on 'Submit Reservation' in order to proceed with the booking.

6 - PAYMENT
Please enter request billing and credit card information, and click
on "Summarize Order".
STEP
7 - FINAL CONFIRMATION
Here you will be given your unique reservation code. Please use
this code to amend or cancel a reservation.
For
each submitted reservation you will receive a Confirmation E-mail
with all the details of the booking, including total cost and reservation
code. Please print this Confirmation E-mail for presentation at
the hotel upon check-in.

CANCELATION
POLICY:
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation
policy applies:
- If you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more
before your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total
amount that you paid for your reservation, minus the amount of 15.00
EURO for administration fees.
- If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours
of your intended arrival date, we will refund you the total amount
that you paid for the reservation, minus the amount of the first
night of your intended stay. Your bill will state: CTN Reservation.
Refunds will be credited to your credit card within 48 hours after
receiving your refund request and required information.
PAYMENT
POLICY:
This hotel requires payment in advance. Your credit card will be
debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge
will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: CTN Reservation.
The total charge includes all room charges and taxes,
as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such
as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly
between you and the property.
Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
Accommodation is usually available from 16.00 hours
on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 hours on the
day of departure. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
The number of guests in each room is limited to
the number of beds provided by the hotel.
If the number of persons arriving at the hotel is
different to the one selected during the reservation process, or
children are not of the age required to classify as such in terms
of rates/discounts (see 'Children Policy'), additional charges will
apply, payable directly to the hotel.
CHILDREN
POLICY:
Infants up to 1 year 11 months: free of charge.
Children rates (normally 50% discount) apply for
ages 2 - 11 years, and only when sharing room with two adults.
Children 2-11 years sharing room with 1 adult must
be booked as adults (double/twin room).
Children
12 years and older must always be booked as adults.
