To obtain your refund you must provide us with copies of your passport and credit card statement that shows the amount charged by Caribbean Travel Network.

Payment Policy for bookings by automatic engine:
This hotel requires prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: CTN Reservation. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
