Description

In 1732, Don Gabriel Beltrán of Santa Cruz hired the construction of one house in the Old Square, - the house of Count de Jaruco- but died in the beginnings of the work. Her widow Antònia Aranda and Avellaneda, daughter of the mayor of the Castle of San Salvador de la Punta, extended the project and asked the contractor whom in the place of yard of the main house an interpretation of the house to small scale since called " Small House ". Finished in 1739. During the passage of time it was lived by excellent families and personalities of the Havana society as: Pedro Beltrán of Santa Cruz, Count of San Juan de Jaruco, Josefa Catherine de Santa Cruz, Cardinal sister of the Marquise of of Monte Hermoso; the Family of the Marquess of Peñalver House Here were entertained and welcomed the most distinguished personalities that visited the city, among them: Baron Alexander de Humboldt, eminent German scientist, and three French princes : Count de Beaujolais, and the Duque de Montpensier and of Orlean; This last one later became King Luis Felipe of France. The Small House, at San Ignacio 411, Hotel Beltrán de Santa Cruz, arrives at us without great changes and maintaining its components and their colonial air.

This elegant large house nailed closely together of the Old Square, opens its doors turned cosy hostal, where the suggestive combination of old and modern elements is a reason that raises the originality of its attractive design.

Payment Policy for bookings by automatic engine:
This hotel requires prepayment. Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours after making your reservation. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will state: CTN Reservation. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls and room service will be handled directly between you and the property. Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival.
