will be with Cuba Travel Network , a division of Caribbean Travel

Please review the booking conditions and user agreement below:
PAYMENT
& CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings must be paid in advance. Accepted credit cards - VISA,
MASTERCARD. The charge will be in EURO currency and your bill will
state 'CTN Reservation' or for offline reservations QBA-Travel.
Once you have
paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
* if you cancel
the online reservation 72 hours before your intended car collection
date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for your
reservation, minus the amount of 15.00 EURO for administration fees.
* If you cancel
the online reservation within 72 hours or less of car collection
date, we will refund you the total amount that you paid for the
reservation, minus the amount of the first day of rental. Your bill
will state: CTN Reservation. Refunds will be credited to your credit
card within 48 hours after receiving your refund request and required
information.

USER
AGREEMENT (Terms of Use)
Cuba Travel Network and our affiliates provide our products and
services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please
read the conditions carefully. If you visit or book a reservation
through Cuba Travel Network or any of our affiliated businesses,
you accept these terms and conditions.
1.
Limitations on Use of Website.
This website is for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance
with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and as a condition
of your use you warrant and represent to Cuba Travel Network that
you will not use this website for any illegal purpose or for any
purpose that is prohibited by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Specifically, you may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, publish,
display, license, create derivative works from or sell any product,
services, information or software obtained from this website.
2. Your
Warranties to Cuba Travel Network.
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and posses the legal
authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in
accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You
agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this
website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account
to pay products and services at this website by members of your
household, including minors living with you. You also warrant that
all information supplied by you or members of your household in
using this website is true and accurate. If you are a citizen of
the United Sates of America you are responsible for obtaining the
relevant travel documentation required by the Government of the
United States of America for travel to Cuba. Cuba Travel Network
or its affiliates are not responsible or liable in any way if you
have not obtained the relevant documents prior to traveling to Cuba.
Cuba Travel Network or its affiliates are not liable for any penalties
or claims by the Treasury Department of The United States of America
as a consequence of your traveling to Cuba.
3. Contract
Formation.
No contract will exist between you and Cuba Travel Network or its
affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until
Cuba Travel Network accepts your reservation by email confirming
your reservation and issuing you a unique confirmation code. Acceptance
will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated
to you for all purposes at the time that Cuba Travel Network sends
the email to you whether or not you receive the email.
4. Links
to Third Party Websites.
Our website contains links to websites operated by parties other
than Cuba Travel Network. Those links are provided to you for your
reference and convenience only. Cuba Travel Network does not own
or control the content of those websites and is not responsible
for their content or your use of them. Cuba Travel Network does
not endorse the content of any of those websites. Inclusion of links
to those websites on our websites does not imply that any endorsement
of the content of those websites or any control over those websites
or their operators by Cuba Travel Network.
5. Electronic
Communications.
You communicate with Cuba Travel Network electronically whenever
you visit Cuba Travel Network or send emails to us. You consent
to receive communications from Cuba Travel Network electronically
and by fax. We will communicate with you by posting notices on this
site, by email or by fax. You agree that all notices, disclosures,
agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically
or by fax satisfy any legal requirements that communications be
in writing.

THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE

7. Applicable
Law.
By visiting Cuba Travel Network, you agree that the internal laws
of the Netherlands, without regard to the principles of conflicts
of laws, will govern this agreement and any dispute of any kind
that arises between you and Cuba Travel Network or its affiliates.
You hereby agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the
use of this website will be subject to binding arbitration under
the commercial rules of the International Court of Arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
before neutral arbitrators. Use of this website is unauthorized
in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions
of this agreement, including, but not limited, to this paragraph.
8. Modifications
to This Agreement.
Cuba Travel Network reserves the right to modify or change the terms
and conditions of this agreement at any time without prior notice
to you. Your use of this website after any modification of this
agreement constitutes an acceptance of any such modification.
9. Performance
Subject to Existing Laws.
Cuba Travel Networks performance of this agreement is subject to
existing laws. Nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation
of Cuba Travel Networks right to comply with law enforcement requests
or requirements relating to your use of this website or information
provided to or gathered by Cuba Travel Network with respect to your
use of this website.
10.
Severability.
If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or
unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent
jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain
in full force and effect. Any provision of this agreement held to
be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty
disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, will be deemed
superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision.

Rent-A-Car Rental Conditions |
- Comprehensive
insurance CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) covers total or partial
theft, collisions, overturning, damage caused by natural disasters
and, in case of an accident, damage to the car and third-party
risk.

Credit card deposit of 200 CUC. REX accepts VISA, MASTERCARD,
EUROCARD and JCB.

Unlimited mileage.

You will receive the car full of gasoline. If the tank isn't full
when you return the car, REX will charge you the difference.

Only people mentioned in the rental agreement are entitled to
drive. Additional co-driver will be charged 10 CUC on the contract.

REX requires drivers to have a minimum age of 21. Minimum of 3
years experience required.
- The
client must show his passport and driving license.
- The
client, hereinafter referred to as 'the hirer', has to return
the car in the same condition as he received it.
- REX
will take all necessary precautions in order to guarantee the
car's perfect technical condition, and can, therefore, not be
held responsible for any unforeseen defect nor for the consequences
of such a defect.
- The
hirer will have full responsibility for the following types of
abuse:
- paid
transportation of people or goods.
- towing
of another car or trailer without permission by REX.
- participation
in races, endurance or speed tests, etc.
- use
of the car by unauthorized people.
- transportation
of inflammable or explosive materials.
- use
for illegal activities.
- driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs,
medicines, etc.
- The
hirer is not allowed to change or modify in any way the car's
interior nor its exterior. Maintenance and repair will only be
done by REX or by parties appointed by REX.
- The
hirer is responsible for the use of the appropriate type of fuel.
- The
hirer accepts to pay to REX:
- all
additional charges, including insurance charges, fuel, etc.

a maximum deductible of 3,000 CUC in case of no insurance.
- a
200 CUC deductible for any kind of damage in case of insurance.
- all costs inferred by driving under the influence
of alcohol, drugs, medicines, etc.
- In
case of an accident or theft, the hirer will:
- immediately
notify the police.
- fill
out the damage claim form and notify REX.
- take
all possible safety measures to avoid additional damage to the
car.

Car Rental Cuba.com will be not held responsible for changes or
modifications made by the rental company REX.

Rental Conditions |

With Insurance Type A driver is liable for damages to the car
up to CUC 300 - damages in excess of this amount are covered by
insurance, except one tire or audio equipment.
- Credit
card deposit of 200 CUC. PalcoCar accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD.
- Unlimited

- Only

/ Transtur Rental Conditions |
Cubacar
/ Transtur offers a single general coverage insurance policy covering
all risks, legal responsibility and medical expenses, following
the filing of a police report. If you do not take out an insurance
policy, you will be required to leave a deposit of CUC600.00. The
insurance has to be paid in Cuba at the rental office. Other costs
such as the insurance, drop off, additional driver and guarantee
deposit has to get paid at the car rental office in Cuba.
- Cars
will be rented by category, in case the car of your choice is
not available, we will provide another type from the same class.
- For
most cars count: Minimum age is 21 years. 2 years of driving experience
- Remind
that if you have to pay for a full tank of gasoline when picking
up the car. The car rental company will NOT refund the amount
of gasoline, in money, left in the car after dropping off the
car.
- The
hirer will have full responsibility for the following types of
abuse:
- paid transportation of people or goods.
- towing of another car or trailer without permission
by Cubacar
- participation in races, endurance or speed tests,
etc.
- use of the car by unauthorized people.
